This is funny, I was just thinking that this the first time in about 2 years I've heard a Republican mention anything about terrorism. I was beginning to wonder if you guys forgot about it, well you know with Iraq and all. I mean Christ, (no offense taking the lords name in vane) really, The ******* Canadians are doing a better job fighting terrorists than you Republicans have done. All those socialist Canadian welfare Nazi's as you guys like to call them are actually doing what should of been done 6 years ago. That's just a hoot listening to this kind of delusional pep rally dribble.

We're on track? What color is the sky in your world? If "we" were on track, Osama would be sitting in jail or buried in some undisclosed location. We wouldn't be in a war with no exit strategy. We'd have a national health care system, no homeless/schizophrenic people living on the streets, no slums, New Orleans would be clean and jumping to jazz music, I could take my 4 oz bottle of Scope on a plane without getting deep body cavity searches, the middle class would not be angry, white kids would stop coming into the city to buy meth, kids would stop coming to school to kill each other, greedy factories would stop polluting the skies, lakes & land AND 20% of the wealth would be distributed to the other 80%, then we would be on track. I don't hate Bush. I just think he's a dumb idiot but you guys put that fool in there, I didn't.

Nobody "let" the attacks on 9/11 happen. We had an intelligent opponent who took advantage of the open society we have here in America to do what they did. Yeah, there was some intelligence that pointed to a possible attack, but nothing specific or concrete enough to stop it. We have not had another attack since, to our current leaders credit, but in our current society and it's make up here, there is really nothing we can do to completely guarantee that another incident won't occur. A democratic President and Congress won't do anything but make it more likely.

Why is it with conservatives you are either a friend or a threat? I can't believe conservatives are so simple minded that they seriously think liberals hate America. It's pretty lame to hear them spew their own hatred. This country was founded on dissent. Tell me, what is more patriotic: To go along blindly with whatever your leader says or to stand up and question what he does and why he does it?

I'm going to have to agree with Ann Coulter on this one - the liberals, substitute Democratic Party, hate America and always have. I don't mean to sound like some escaped mental patient, but I'm seriously beginning to wonder if this is all a plot to further a One World Government under the, restraining vomit reflex, United Nations. Oh hell, maybe I'll just take some more Thorazine and forgot about this crap! Wake me up for Armageddon.

"Osama Bin Laden determined to strike in the United States" - headline on intelligence brief in August 2001 that Rice acknowledged in testimony and which Bush saw and ignored.

I never knew Bush was a liberal.

If you're talking about the Bush plan to escalate in Iraq, how do you think that fighting in Iraq prevents terrorists from striking in the U.S.? Do you actually think that a terrorist can't reach the U.S. without stopping in Iraq first to fire off a few rounds?

Hmmmm, that's a good question. However, their actions now speak louder than words, wouldn't you say? The president can't do this alone, however, the liberals will wait until they take office to really DO anything, then take full credit for winning the war and getting the soldiers home. I'm old enough to know how they work, and it SUCKS. You're right.
