hi there, i have an Asrock K8Upgrade-NF3 with AMD sempron 2800+ installed, everything was working fine until i-reboot my pc to reconnect my internal card-reader to the usb headers on the motherboard, when i tried opening again, i only get CHECKSUM BAD error, it tells me to load bios default or enter setup up but everytime i hit the keyboard to do those task, nothing happens, i tried to clear the cmos with the jumper but nothing still happens it only get stucked to that part.. need help, i gotta finish some work...

It sounds like your BIOS has detected an internal checksum error. Virus or stray gamma ray particle may have caused it.
Most BIOSes have an Emergency Boot Block BIOS restore procedure.
I have only done it using a floppy.
Two more alternatives: There is a hot-swap technique for re burning a bad BIOS (not recommended but I have done it a few times.) or buying/getting a new BIOS chip.
First try disconnecting the card reader.
