I think almost all stay at home jobs are scams in one way or another. You might want to consider a home business rather than a home job. With a home business, you are marketing a product, which is something you can do online, on the telephone or face to face. Whichever method works best for you.
I have a home business that costs just under $200 USD to start, and you can guarantee it's legitimate. We market only one product but it is proving to really help people with a variety of health issues, as well as for prevention of disease. We were just named the fastest growing company by the Direct Seller's Association, and our owner and CEO is a Yale Law graduate.
I think your chances of earning a very lucrative income are much higher with a home business, and you don't have to worry about all the scams. You just have to work at it and build it as quickly as you can, but you get lots of help from a team of mentors and trainers. It is residual income which would give you both the money and the time for school and travel.

You should consider any job where you dont have to have a resume and interview with them to possibly be fraudulent. Most telecommute jobs are based in sales, customer service or a specific skill involving website programming or graphics design.

There is a website where they post jobs daily that are only telecommute jobs. There are 3 new ones they posted today.

The link is in the source.
