Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs
Find Incredimail and click on [Remove]
I, personally, recommend Thunderbird[1]. It's fast, up to date, free, has an adaptive spam blocker, lots of features and has quite an assortment of add-ons - also free.
I use WebMail[2] and WebMail:Yahoo to download my Yahoo mail without having to pay for POP3 access. There are also the same ideas for Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, Maildotcom....
