With the absence of Steve Nash the Suns have lost to the Hawks at home and the Bulls, would this had happened if Steve Nash were in the lineup?

I realize that when teams lose a big part of their team that it becomes difficult to win, but when people are proclaiming that it's easy for Nash to be who he is because of all stars in Marion and Stoudamire, I find it hard to believe that story when they can't get the job done without Nash...at home...against one of the worst teams in the league in the Hawks

I was just talking about this tonight while watching the Bulls beat them. By him missing the last few games and seeing the Suns performance without him, it has solidified just how much of an MVP he is.
Without him they are very good...Maybe 4th-6th in the West.
With him...Top one or 2.
No question. MVP

He has gained 2 consecutive MVPs. His numbers are greater effective than his previous years. The Suns are greater effective than the previous years besides. Steve Nash merits a third MVP. even however, i think of that Dirk will win it considering that's annoying to grant a star, even the great PG Steve Nash, 3 at the instant MVP awards. Dirk is likewise worth of the MVP, merely at the back of Nash.

okay, the Suns lose to two teams that have a ton of potential. It happens when a big part of your team is injured. Just 'cause Steve Nash was injured and they lose two games doesn't mean Steve Nash is THE MVP this year. If you took Kobe out of the Lakers' line-up, all of a sudden you have no one, and Kobe is playing more like a coach-on-the-floor rather than a ball-hog. If anyone should be MVP it should him. How about Allen Iverson and the Nuggets? A.I. turned his game entirely around, and went from high-scorer to pass-first. He fit his game into the Denver 'way of play' and became an important player. He got hurt, and they lost three straight after beating Portland (losing to the Kings, and the Hornets). Just pointing out that when you lose an important part of your strategy, you tend to lose games until you regroup. It happens.

not having a good replacement for his time isn't an excuse
hell the lakers are 3-6 without Luke Walton lets give him MVP
marcus banks can't get it done, what a shocker
the suns lost while also missing Diaw
shall we take the celtics record without Pierce?
the suns can't beat the elite teams and are pathetic against them, that isn't MVP type leadership

They are still a good team without him if you look at the players they have but it takes time to get adjusted you would have to ask the players to do different things to help them win i think its that way with any team, but of course it is still tough with out him i don't think its locked, it will be between Dirk and Nash it depends who goes furthest.

truthistold2u is right, my spurs may not have as good a record as the suns, but are still way better than the suns. a lot of teams are. see how they do in a seven game series with the elite teams

1. He's the best player on his team
2. His team is the best team in the league
3. He's playing better this year than last year
Do I really need to say anything else? Of course not, you know the answer.
