Take it to a furier cleaner, or the dry cleaners they have special way to clean these. If not real fur the instructions should be on the label. It is required by law. In any country. Those little pictures mean something. try 'Textiles Symbols Explained. ' sorry don't have the actual site. you might find it on the one below.

You could wipe them with a damp cloth but it is not needed. Cats keep themselves quite clean on their own. About the only time you might considering wiping them down or even giving them a bath would be if they got into something really messy like a lot of oil, paint, or perhaps sprayed by a skunk. If they have gotten into something that is toxic to them, you would want to remove it so that they did not lick the substance as they cleaned themselves. With 26 cats in 22 years, we have never bathed a cat and about the only times we have washed them with a damp cloth would be if an ill or elderly cat had problem in the litter box ad got feces in their fur. We have done that - washed the feces off with a damp cloth and then towel dried the area.

you probably should hand wash it, or if you have a spot, just clean the spot with some kind of bleach for colors or those tide to go pens. do NOT put it in the machine!!! i put my coat with the fur trim through the wash and it looks like fuzzy uncombed tuffs of hair, and i cant fix it : (
