I have white specks on my fingernails. Why?

its calcium build up. every one has that happen. nothing to go and freak out on. it goes away once ur nail grows so long and u cut it. best way to avoid more of it is to ask another question.

Yo, for real i just remembered. White speaks, like real little ones spread out can be a sign of a certain slow poisoning, i am ******* serious. if that is the case go directy to a hospital just to be sure. I swear to god i saw this before. I am not joking. send me a picture of what it looks like if ur uncertain, but just to be safe go to a hospital soon.

Zinc deficiency. Listen to the RN.

You may be lacking in zinc. Try taking some & see if they gradually grow out normally.
