ANYTHING BUT...cleaning the oven, taking down the shades, curtains and cleaning them and the windows. Cleaning the carpet ( with a carpet cleaner), moving the furniture to clean under it. Getting down on your hand and knees and cleaning floors. (tile, vinyl, etc....) Washing down walls. Cleaning out the cupboards, shelves, drawers in the kitchen.

Dusting,vacuuming,sweeping and mopping floors,cleaning the bathroom and polishing furniture.Things like washing dishes,washing clothes,cleaning the oven or refrigerator and waxing the floors or moving furniture are not considered light duty.

To me, Biden is so obviously the best person to be president. Edwards really has no more experience than Obamma but they both seem have some star-power. If Sen. Clinton is nominated, I may well vote for a Republican for the first time since I registered in 1972.

Anything that doesn't require heavy lifting, bending or strenuous activity. So no vacuuming, scrubbing the floors or the showers.
