What are the signs of a pregnacy if you are a breastfeeding mother?

Are you asking because you do not have regular menstrual cycles while breastfeeding?

Some signs could be... sore & sensitive nipples, decrease in milk production (usually later in pregnancy) or change in taste of the milk. Baby may self-wean or cut down on feedings. Then there are the regular signs like nausea, fatigue, etc.

But most accurate would be... a positive pregnancy test.

The same as if you're not nursing.

- no period
- implantation bleeding
- more tired than usual
- more hungry than usual
- nausia
- maybe some cramps
- possible dip in milk supply, but usually not until later in pregnancy
- increase in nipple sensitivity
