1980 Honda Cr250. Why is it kicking so hard when I try to start it? Piston stills pumps, but only a little.?

Not fast at all. We have oil in it, gas.... After about 30 hard kicks it goes back to normal, then after 10 or so kicks, it becomes extremely hard to kick again. I can only start it when its easy, and if were lucky.Please help!!!

Hate to say it ,but it sounds like a main bearing(Crank bearing) is on its way out. I had a 78 Elsinore that displayed similar symptoms and it was the main bearing. It's fixable but costs a few bucks . good luck.
