Try a dealer or body shop, possibly one in Houston,since you are already there.

Almost any body shop will have to order the bumper.

Call the local vehicle salvage yards, you should be able to find a used one in like new condition. Some salvage yards will even install the parts for you.

Easy. Just take it to one of the small tire shops or small mechanic shop. The labor is cheaper there and it is not that hard to change one. If you were in San Antonio, I would come on over and make some easy money. lol Just need a wratchet and a couple of sockets. I changed my 92 Ford Explorer and it was easy.
