I'm a muslim and currently employed by a hindu multi-millionaire electronics business giant in manhattan, nyc.
My cousin is a muslim as usual and he works for ZoneManhattan, a company, the owner of which is a white christian.
And last but not the least, if you do have the skills required to help an employer with his/her business, he/she wouldn't really care much about your background and religion. This is proven. By worrying about your religion and stuffs like that, you would simply waste some valuable time while looking for an employment.

I don't think it's most of the employers. In the United States, the ones that do prefer not to hire Muslims are paranoid due to the events of September 11, 2001.
It doesn't make sense to me, but I'm of the opinion that some of the people in the U.S. have gone mad.

I have not come across any religious disparity in the matter of employment. Businessmen want talented people who generate wealth .People in the lower cadre, whether Hindus, Muslims, Christain or any other community, create such dissension. Of course, employers prefer people from their own nationality as far as possible.

I don't think thats true.
I have worked in many organisations, where muslims were in sizeable numbers.
I feel, It is the way you look at things.
You cannot go and ask a Hindu & Christian religious organisation to employ muslim youth and vice versa.

I am Hindu but I have no objection if employee is muslim. But if my employee go for 5 times namaj, I may have objection. Hindus are not good, muslims are not bad.

Have you really surveyed most employers? I have worked with two Muslim engineers at my last job and a middle eastern engineer(he is Christian) at my current job.
I somehow doubt that you have your facts straight.

Favoritism on the grounds of religion is discrimination.
Your statement infers that Muslim's because of their religion are superior in some way and should be preferred.
That is propaganda
