Wow! A lot for your body to endure, all at the same time! I admire you for sticking to your discipline in smoking cessation and the like, good for you!
I would recommend all the good foods for the most abundance of the right nutrients, as possible. Now is the time!
Get all your B-vits, C, A, D, E, K, minerals, antioxidants, and others I haven't mentioned.
A, D, E and K gets stored in the liver as fat, so you need to gauge it effectively, but B and C is water soluble. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, about 10 a day...I am not joking.
Also, get rid of sugar and only have sugar from fruits. You want to ditch decaffeinated drinks as they still contain caffeine and other substances that are worse than the real stuff.
I cannnot stress the importance of water. 8 glasses a day and no more than that, is fine.
Eat lots of yogurt to get your flora back in balance in your GI tract. It has good bacteria and it will bring your body back to an alkaline state. With this you'll eventually kick the virus.
Good luck.

Yes, all of the things that you quit, can have withdrawl symptoms. Your body is now detoxifying and it will take some time, until you feel better. But you not feeling well is normal and a good sign, that you are now on the mend.
Drink lots of water to help flush out your system, and perhaps go to a health food store, and ask for the herbs that will give you a bowel flush. Sounds gross, and you will be in the washroom alot. But it is good for you, and helps your body to rid itself of all of the chemicals you have built up.
I am very proud of you by the way, it is vry hard to do, especially all at once. Kudos to you!

You are awesome and will feel better for doing so. You bet you will feel like crap from giving up everything. Not only are you going through physical withdrawal but also psychological withdrawal. It also depends on how much, how often, and how long you were taking each substance. It takes a while for your body to get back to normal but remember you will feel better. Sometimes going through withdrawal makes you feel like you have the flu. One can experience numerous symptoms like headache, body ache, cold sweats, cramps, irritability and fatigue. Check out this website it has tons of information.

Absolutely!
Your body is going through a major "detoxification" process right now, as all the poisons you've ingested are filtering out of you.
This may sound weird, but drinking distilled water will speed up the detoxification process, & so will taking long, hot baths. As you sweat in the bath, your pores will excrete the toxins.
I would also suggest you go buy an herb called Red Clover, which helps purify your blood.
Good for you!!

caffiene withdrawal will give you headaches, i never smoked pot enough to withdraw from it so i don't know. you definetly could be feeling edgy without the drugs and cigs. But you if you can give it up for the virus maybe you should stay off of it, none of it is very healthy, I hate being addicted its like something running my life. Good luck , hope you feel better.
