Whatever it is that you think is breast milk, isn't. Unless you've been pregnant for at least seven months already. Women only have colostrum in your breasts when they give birth. Sometimes a couple of months before delivery, some women experience leaking colostrum, which is a thick yellow color, extremely high in nutrients, but not the actual milk. Milk doesn't come in until 2-4 days after delivering a baby. So unless you're experiencing leaking colostrum you do not have breast milk. Maybe you have an infection of some kind. And the pull out method is definitely not reliable, you can still get pregnant from pre-ejaculation. If you don't want to get pregnant you should either start using condoms or another form of contraceptive.

Yes, some women begin to leak colostrum (the "first" milk). If this proves to be a concern for you, breast pads can help control the leakage of colostrum throughout your pregnancy. Whenever you feel the sensation of this first milk coming out, just apply a little pressure to your breast to stop it from leaking. For instance, press your wrist or the palm of your hand against your breast for a few minutes and it should cease. It shouldn't be any medical concern but discuss this with your OB at your next visit. I hope this helps. Congrats!!!!!

It's colustrum, your pre-milk. And, it's normal. It's just not all women experience it. Mention it to your doctor at your next appointment, but nothing to worry about...as long as your not soaking the sheets.
When it happened to me I was fearful the colustrum would be gone by the time I gave birth. I have no idea where I pulled that out of, but it was compeletely off base! I had to wait three days for the real milk to come in.

My breasts started leaking very early, it wasn't a huge amount of milk but it was still there! It is very normal and I had a very good supply of milk when I had my babies. Don't worry about it, just mention it to your OB/Gyn when you go for your next appointment.

i started at about 5 months. and at first was like ''wtf?!'' lol so yes it is normal. everyone is different. it isn't milk its colostrum, and it is normal to have it leak in the 2nd trimester.
check out these website:

if you want you can even look up colostum and find more info on it. but either way it is normal!
