Unless you have a specific medical reason for having a circumcision I doubt if your GP would recommend going ahead. I also doubt that any reputable surgeon would do it also.
There are serious risks connected to any kind of surgical intervention and these should not be taken lightly.
The common practice in the UK now is not to circumcise unless it is absolutely necessary.
The foreskin is there for a reason and that is to protect the tip of the penis (the glans) and to provide lubrication during sex. It also maintains the sensitivity of the glans so enhancing the experience of sex and masturbation. Removing the foreskin dulls and deadens the sensation as well as exposing the delicate glans to damage and trauma.
If the foreskin is retracted daily and cleaned daily or even twice daily then there are no hygiene or health problems.
I would suggest that you seem to have some kind of phobia and this is what should be investigated.

It costs much more than money. It costs 50-75% of sexual sensitivity, on average, and more in some cases. It can even cause complete sexual dysfunction. Circumcision is neural and vascular damage to the penis. Circumcision is mutilation, not cosmetic surgery. Most of the males in the world are not circumcised, and very few males ever actually choose to be circumcised. Almost all circumcised males had it forced on them as infants, to prevent them from having any choice in the matter, and because an infant cannot defend himself against being strapped down, assaulted and mutilated by a penis butcher. At least you have a choice; I didn't. You should look into the adverse effects before you do something you could regret for the rest of your life. More than 200,000 males are restoring their foreskins, which won't repair the permanent damage that is circumcision, but at least it gives a more natural and normal appearance, and it vastly improves sexual sensitivity and function. You want a scarred and mutilated penis? For aesthetic reasons? Circumcision is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the male sex. A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright. ERIC

Unfortunately the NHS will not circumcise you unless it is "Medically necessary" However, you should have it done privately - it will cost but it is well worth it. Circumcised men enjoy better comfort, hygiene, appearance to women, sef-esteem and both they and their female partners enjoy FAR better sexual sensation. It is a pity that the technically bankrupt NHS does not nowadays pay for sensible procedures like circumcision and as a result there is much ignorance of the subject among young people in the UK. Save up and go privately!

What is NHS?

Your doctor can whack (no pun intended) off in his office. It's gonna bleed and hurt for a few days.

Do like I do, just pull it back and over time it will stay. The ladies will think you got some extra meat to share. I would leave it alone.

I would assume that your country's National Health Service would pay for a circumcision. It might help if you got a doctor to declare that removal of your foreskin is medically necessary.

BTW I'm glad you're getting your foreskin removed.

I'm American and just about every man is circumcised here - having a foreskin is nasty, disgusting and a relic of caveman days, every man should be circumcised!!
