im curious if anyone would know about how many horses and torque a 77 el camino with a 350 from a 69 camaro would have thanks

Depends on what type of 350.
If the motor is stock, had any kind of work done to it and what type of work. Cam, heads, intake, carb, bored out.
There are many types of 350, from a 2 barell carb model up to a solid lifter cam with goodheads that came from the factory.

A 2 barrel 350 from a 69 would have 250bhp and a 4 barrel 350 would have 300bhp, torque should be around 360 lbs for the 2 barrel 350 and 380 lbs for a 4 barrel 350, with the performance mods on your El Camino it could add up to around 30% more power.

need to know the suffix stamping code from the flat machined pad on the pass side of the engine deck under where the alternator would go, in order to find out what the factory hp and torque ratings are for it, as it was in 1969,

alot of the time due to insurance regulations factory ratings were understated however
