Avoid black liner on your lower eye if you have dark circles under your eyes. Use a lid primer to give your gold shadow something to hold on to and stay on longer. Put your shadow on. Then use a liquid liner VERY CAREFULLY to line your eyes. Not too thick or it will look bad. Liquid liner is great for making your eyes stand out.

Take black eye liner and make a line on the top of your lash line, a little bit thicker than you would usually wear it. At the end, make the eyeliner curve up slightly to give a retro look. Do not line the bottom! Sweep gold eyeshadow across your lids. Beautiful!

line your WHOLE eye with liner ,
on the inside rim for the bottom
and right above the eyelashes for the top
then take the gold eye shadow and put it on your eyelid and stretch it out to your brow bone(right underneath your eyebrows)
then get a Que-tip and put some gold eyeshadow on the end of it and smear a bit underneath your bottom eyelashes connecting it to the outer corner of your eye ,
it looks great on everyone i see wearing it
:)
