There is a 'filler' for laminate flooring that you could use if the chips aren't too bad. Won't look perfect, but it won't be as noticeable. You can find it at Home Depot or Menards. Just pick out the color that matches your floor color the best.

If the damage is on the first or last row of flooring or even relatively close to the edge, it would be easiest to pull up a few rows and replace the chipped boards. You can drop those rows right back where they were afterwards. If the problem is toward the center of the room, single plank replacement is a possibility. This involves cutting the broken plank out of the floor and replacing it. Obviously to put a new board in the old hole it will have to have its tongue cut off and be glued into place. This is a pretty tedious process and you won't want to do it yourself. If you have a lot of broken boards that need to be replaced this kind of repair could be quite expensive and you should probably go ahead and disassemble the floor to fix them. You can probably do this yourself.

my husband used wood filler on ours. It comes in different shades so you will be able to match your color easily. Use it sparingly until you bring the surface to the right height. It is available at Home depot, Lowe's, Menard's and most hardware stores.
