I am SERIOUS about curing homosexuality. I believe it is the same as wanting to have sex with animals. It is not natural.

because conservatives rely so heavily on the religious base, that their policies are often contrary to what is in gay's best interest.

liberals have caught on to this, and they actively pursue gays. they not only get the support of gays, but get the support of everone who feels we should not base our goverment on such narrowminded and religious-based views.

i am middle of the road, politically... tending to lean conservative... but this is one area where conservatives have screwed up big time. your suggestions that it is genetic, or some kind of disease accomplish nothing but alienating a group of people who might otherwise support your ideals. many gays are liberal because many conservatives throw religion around... and many religons are anti-gay.

As Liberals they can come out of the "closet" and live a carefree, normal life but those that remain in the proverbial closet scream and holler the loudest as Conservatives... like one recent elected official who blamed his homosexuality on alcohol after he "resigned" and several TV evangelists have done... Has it ever occurred to you to live your life and letting others live theirs...? What they do in the privacy of their home AIN'T any of your damned business... maybe if you learned to mind YOUR OWN business and stopped snooping into other people's lifestyle you'd be a happier human being!

That's the problem with most Conservatives, you think you have the sole right to tell everyone around you how to live and what morals to have... instead of concerning yourself with your own problems and your own less-than-perfect morals!
