If it is a computer product, it should work. I have ordered things like that from other contries without problems.

Yes, it will work fine.

HDTV tuners are digital rather than analog.
The digital tuner will sort out any changes in signals around the world ...

I doubt it. The UK uses a different digital standard from the US.
