It's all over. The baby needs you to gain weight. Enjoy it for the 9 months and get back to skinny after the baby arrives. It doesn't happen many times in your life. ENJOY!

You just have to get used to the idea that when you have a second (or third, fourth, etc.) that you get bigger faster. I just had my second child in November and got pretty huge (which I was not with my first). However, he is just over two months old and I have already lost most of the weight. You need not to obsess about being skinny anymore. Your baby needs proper care and nutrition and the baby comes first. Just dress cute and don't worry about it. You have the rest of your life to lose weight, but only nine months of being pregnant.

i understand what you mean, im in the same boat, second child and showing pretty good at 11 weeks, with my first i didnt gain much weight until the end when i was put on bed rest, with this one as soon as i found out it seems like i started gaining weight, ive gained about fifteen pounds, i feel like i have to be snaking on something constantly because if i dotn i get nausea.... they say you show earlier after your first because your stomach muscles arent as tight, i wouldnt worry about it, pretty soon you wont be able to eat much because your stomach will be squashed. oh yeah and i only have one bun in the oven, and even though i am snacking all day im still eating healthy so dont worry about a thing. just worry about if you are eating the right htings for the baby.....

Get used to it. You'll probably gain alot more. You should probably slow down on the calories a little but it's healthy to eat 2300 calories per day. Pregnancy shoudl be deemed as a very special time in your life. Don't stress so much. Just think of it as temporary. It will be over in 40 weeks. Hope this helps.

I've heard from everyone that you gain weight faster after the first pregnancy, as long as you're eating right and everything, I wouldn't worry about it! You're pregnant, so you're gonna have to get used to the thought of looking "heavy". Besides "pregnant heavy" is cute!!

I know exactly how you feel. I have had 3 children and with each one I got bigger faster!!
Don't worry soon enough it will be obvious that you are pregnant not just getting chubby!
Just try to eat healthy and take good care of yourself!!
Congratulations!!!

it'll slow down. you're pregnant, and that baby needs every bit of nourishment it can. eat healthy, and light excersise. every pregnancy is different. as long as you're healthy, that's all that matters.
