i hear all of these young whippersnappers today talking... and i can't figure out what it is they're saying... so is the correct phrase...

'Harshing my mellow'
or is it
'Marshing my mallow'

It is the first one.
It means that someone has been harsh to them and upset their mellow state of mind.
