Well, if the balloon didn't come with the car I definetly wouldn't buy the car. It's ALL about the balloon.

Do you mean one of those enormous balloons that you can see from miles away? lol. I would make them give me the balloon if I bought the car. If it is the regular size ones make them give you as many as your new car will hold. Tell them deal or no deal. I'll bet you get as many balloons as you want. :)

Rule of thumb.....if it is securely attached to the vehicle it belongs to the vehicle and I know for a sale they would probably blow up some more balloons for you and the neighborhood kids.

No . It's a decorative item not included in the sale price.
Kind of like when your looking at a box of cereal and it shows milk and strawbwerries on the cereal in a bowl and in small print it states "serving suggestion only"

The ballon is actually an outside airbag in case you should walk into the car accidentally when being distracted by the salesman (or trying to escape the salesman, more to the point), this covers the caryard from any lawsuits that may follow any said accident. Please report any incidents to the front office.
