Well, I am Native American, so when I asked my father, the chief, how I was named he told me. He said he named his children after the first thing he saw when they were born. My oldest sister is Moon Sparkling on Big Water, and my younger sister is named Deer Running through Trees. Unfortunately, my name means Little Dog Peeing in the Grass. Just a matter of bad timing, I guess.

Berry - fruit lol... Last name look up websites say it originates from the Beri region of France - my Berry ancestors were Welsh, but that may be possible.

My last name was made up by my great-grand someone when he came to America, he wanted a different name and to leave everything else behind. Makes it hard to trance back my ancestry.
