The average woman is on a 28 day cycle, which counts from the first day of her period to the first day of her next period. It can range from a 20 day cycle up to a 35-40 day cycle. The number of days between periods all depends on how long the period itself last.

Everyone varies, but it's typically about 28 to 32 days (a month or so).

The average is 28 or 29, but I understand that up to 34 is considered completely normal.

the norm is 28, but mine has been anywhere between 10 days and 50 days. I have a very irregular period, and i have been checked out by my doc for everything and they say that its just how my body is. . . it really depends on the person :)
