This is not unheard of. After a vasectomy, a man's tubes can actually grow/heal. Although his sperm count is actually low, it is possible you're pregnant. Try your doctor asap, and grab a home preg. test if possible.

Congrats.

When can a man have sex again?

A man can resume sexual activity within a few days after vasectomy, but precautions should be taken against pregnancy until a test shows that his semen is free of sperm. Generally, this test is performed after the patient has had 10-20 post-vasectomy ejaculations. If sperm are still present in the semen, the patient is told to return later for a repeat test.

Is it possible that I get pregnant after my boyfriend had a vasectomy? #427/6

My boyfriend had a vasectomy about seven years ago. What is the chance that I could get pregnant? Or is it even possible that I can get pregnant by him?

If your boyfriend had one or two negative semen analyses after his vasectomy, then pregnancy is very, very, very unlikely. So tell me:

Did he have a semen analysis after his vasectomy?
What were the results?
Have you intercourse with anyone else?
Can you 100% certain he is telling you the truth?

If he did have a semen analysis with 0 motile (moving) sperm, then your chance of becoming pregnant is 0.1% or one in 1,000 in a year.

It can happen. I know a couple who got divorced because he had a vasectomy and she got pregnant. He didn't believe it was his child. Well low and behold 9 months later after a DNA test, it was his. He felt like such an as* and she didn't let him come back because he didn't trust her in the first place.

after a while a vasectomy can heal its self, but if you want to get pregnant you can have it reversed also

They can come undone sometimes. I would say don't jump to any conclusions unless you know for sure that you are infact pregnant.
