Yoga is great during pregnancy. It is fine to continue your workouts now, but after the first trimester when your body begins to change, you will want to switch to a prenatal yoga class or get some advice from a knowledable instructor about how to adapt your routine for pregnancy.

I attended a pregnancy yoga class when i was pregnant, and really enjoyed it. i stopped going when i was 8 months though. i went more for the social experience. you can attend a regular yoga class, but make sure the instructor knows you're pregnant, and that they have experience dealing with pregnant women. i cant say if it helped during childbirth, as i have only had one child, so have nothing to compare it with. my childbirth was natural, but that may have been luck. exercise during pregnancy is good for you. i would reccomend swimming, i attended a pregnancy swimming class and found it to be fun and much better than yoga. good luck!

i actually own a prenatal yoga DVD. its pretty hard to do once your big like me though. i just tried it a few days ago and gave up less than 5 min into the routine. i guess if you do it the whole time though, its probably easier. maybe if you find out that you are pregnant, you can switch to a prenatal yoga routine, so you dont have to give it up totally. Yes, you can still do Yoga during pregnancy. Do it moderately and you will sure have a healthy baby. You will also regain your figure faster after pregnancy.

i think is yoga is one of the best & safest form of excercise to do during pregancny especially since it's so gentle and you don't need to force yourself to stretch beyond a comfort point.also it makes your muscles flexible and prepares your body well for labor. there lots of books on what type of yoga to do during pregnancy - get one

Absolutely there are even yoga classes for pregnant woman. If there isnt a class in your area you can find it on VHS/DVD.
