We're both in high school.. what are somethings we could do? We both don't have alot of money to throw around on restraunts or candy or anything..so I'm wanting something we could do for no cost. :)

why not ask your parents for help and see if he can come over if you help around the house and with dinner. Then maybe they could let you watch a movie together.
I don't know if you live in warm weather right now but how about a picnic on the beach or a meadow. That could be very nice provided it's not the 5F we are having now.
If it is cold how about ice skating provided the place is safe. You can probably borrow skates if you don't own them and just have fun learning. Bring a Thermos of hot chocolate and some snacks. A couple of blankets can't hurt either.

Condoms are only like 50 cents in gas stations and that way you can save money for a pregnancy test. Either that or you could have a picnic. Whichever.
