Jeff Hardy's theme song is called Modest by Peroxwhy?gen..which is his own band along with Shannon Moore and members of the band Burnside 6...So the song is probably written by one of the band members..!

well some WWE superstars have theme songs that aren't actual famous songs by bands. I have tried to find out Jeff Hardy's theme song name too but I still can't. He is probably one of the superstars without an actual famous song.

It is called a generic theme song. These are songs created by small band or creative. They have no real known creators.
