Its a pressure thing to do with a shape change putting pressure on the bladder under the control of the Prostrate Gland

Because the prostate is stimulated and possibly it could also be a natural body function to clean itself out of any left over semen.

I'm sure this happens, but it is more common for men to have to urinate after ejaculation.
