Since the Wii is fully backwards compatible to the gamecube, a lot of Gamecube owners will try to sell their cubes off on ebay. Since no one probably will buy a Cube, if they can buy a Wii with Cube fuctionality, the prices will be pretty low.
If you want a new unit, the price will be about $100 or lower with a controller and game.

You can probably get a used GameCube with two controllers for around $100.00.
You can buy a new one from any store (like Best Buy) for $100.00, but only one controller.
