Through everyday life...how you handle situations, how you treat people, how hard you work, your goals, morals, etc...tons of things...it takes years!

I'm sure some people will give you a hard time for asking such a question and they'll say you have to be born with it, etc. Well, I'm here to tell you that I asked myself that same question several years ago, basically because I'm an @$$hole with a poor personality, and I have come to the conclusion that THEY ARE RIGHT. I've tried and I'm still an @$$hole with a poor personality.

You start by becoming more tuned in to yourself. Love who you are. Love others. Try helping in nursing homes, and be thankful for what you have that they have lost.Strength, Memory, friends, loved-ones. Truly listen to what others are saying.Take advise, criticism,and compliments and use it to better yourself. The more you help others the better you will feel. Be honest with yourself as well as with others.Learn integrity.Laugh at yourself. Laugh with others. Feel good about life. Get a personal relationship with GOD.
