"27You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.' 28But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart."
So, yes, it is a sin. Since you have to think dirty about a girl.

There is actually nothing specifically written about it in the Bible; so it is up to the individual & G-d. therefore most guys will say no, it's not.
I do know that lust, according to Scripture, is sin.

No. It is a perfectly healthy, normal thing to do. Studies have shown that having regular orgasms is good for your health.
