I asked old ladies they says it is common in toddlers but what to do when it becomes very frequent. Do we need to take some care while feeding, or after that or any other solution so that my kid can digest the whole milk he has taken and be healty. Please help. His urine and potty is ok.

may be acid reflux..possibly lactose intolerence.. keep an eye on it.. if it continues and his diapers are not as soiled as usual call the doc..

I dont know what mother feed is -- are you breastfeeding if you are try to eat food that is a little more bland for a few days and see if that helps..

Good Luck!!

He may or may not be lactose intolerant, but there is also the fact that milk has alot of chemicals in it (it's now mostly chemicals and less milk) which can cause your baby boy to throw it up.
If you are feeding him formula, which it sounds like you maybe, is he keeping it down? There are a few formulas out there that all you add is water, and are the closest to milk--breast milk and cows' milk alike, like Enfamil.

Is he actually vomiting or just spitting up? Spitting up - even several times a day - is perfectly normal at his age. Is he gaining weight and does he look healthy? If yes, don't worry about it. You may want to be careful to burp him in the middle of each feeding.

Talk to your doctor. He might have an allergy or more serious problem.
