There is detox you can buy at GNC for $50, and that usually takes care of most recreational drugs that someone does between the ages of 16-21.

First of all the people that are telling him to stop using need to lay off. Its his body and he can do whatever the hell he wants nobody wants to here your dumbass lectures.
The best way to get bud outta your system is to drink lots of water and take a vitamin b supplement (thats so your piss stays yellow sometimes they wont take a sample if its clear and watered down)
As for other drugs i dont really know.

Drink lost of watter, like 1/2 a gallon, & just before you go take the test drink a Mt. Dew as in the soda pop.
