If it is not in public records in which a service such as Intelius can find out, then you are out of luck. You would have to go and get a PI who can do a real dig for that type of information.If it has anything to do with medical records based on what you posited, because of HIPAA regulations which ensures privacy of health records, anything medically cannot be disclosed without the patients permission.

If you have the name of the person who was responsible for the assault, you may be able to find the court case associated with it through public records. Criminal court cases would be found under the Superior Court of your state.
