what is so wrong with a 23 year old going after a 17 year old??? i don't see why it should be illegal... what do you think...???

In some states it's not illegal because the age of majority is 17. But, if it is illegal they have a good reason... Children that young do not have the maturity and are not able to think through decisions as well as an adult. Making it illegal only helps the child to have a better future.

Ya, 23 & 17 shouldn't be illegal, depending on the situation. But hey, you could always move to Canada, isn't age of consent like 11 there?

i think that if the 23 yr old is respectable and polite and worth a crap then the 17 yr olds parents might concent to you dating but most are not so most parents dont want there 17 yr old who is not old enough or mature enough to know about real life to be messed up by some 23 yr old who is just out for a fresh piece of p ss y

Yeah I think we have a messed up view of age of consent. In some states you can be 17 and dating your high school sweetheart but then you turn 18 and it is illegal to touch her. It is ridiculous.

because appearantly you are overly concerned about getting in the pants otherwise why worry about it wait for them to turn 18 or find someone else. and 17 yr olds can only consent if their parents are ok with it otherwise it is illegal in alot of states.
