Im not sure which one fell off but the power steering still works but the car didnt do anything when I mashed the gas it just coasted. The belt made a squeeking noise for a couple of weeks and I couldnt get the hood up. So now I need to get it towed to the mechanic. Is there possibly more damage from driving it?

likely it was alt belt .no power ,no go .
get your hood up ! charge the batt. and replace the belt. all belts if need be .
check your fluids too . you can tie a wire to hood latch if underdash broke .

Worst case scenario when an engine breaks or throws a belt, is it shoots a piston rod or something through your engine block, meaning you need a new engine, i wud just put the car in neutral find a friend with a truck buy a $15 tow cable, and pull it with that, cheaper then a tow truck, and less work, keeps your engine safe

broken belts wont do anything to the engine. if theres no noticable difference while driving after the belt broke ill bet your ac belt broke and thats no big deal.
