Your flowerhorns are really delightful. But that partition is making ur fish look too cramped, if ur flowerhorns can tolerate each other then remove it. Add some driftwood & natural rocks, some plastic plants(as suggested by the person above), some natural looking gravel (that really enhances the colour of ur fish) & ofcourse a mangrove background. The envoirnment u r setting up must depict the true natural envoirnment & I must say plastic or artificial looking objects really spoils the view. And do provide ur fish with enough hiding places in the tank.

If u dont like the suggestions please dont mind.
These r some pictures of cichlid tanks, they may provide you an idea:

The fish look good but it seems crowded. if this is a new setup the pleco is going to need supplemental feeding. The water appears cloudy. Is the filter up to the challenge of this many fish? or perhaps overfeeding is occuring? A new tank needs time to adjust and this many fish may be too many to start with please watch the ammonia and nitrite levels. but the fish look great

Driftwood, rocks - yes
Plants - Cichlids tear them up daily (you could put some in behind driftwood or rocks, where the fish can't get to the bases, though!)

More space? These are big fish in a small tank! You don't have room for much else in there!

Maybe a few plastic plants just to add some other colors and break things up a bit?
