Who is that comedian?

There is a comedian out now. He's pretty popular I think. A lot of the time he kind of talks like a little kid and sometimes he kind of whispers. I know that's pretty vague but it's a huge part of his routine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Is it Jim Gaffigan?
He doesn't really do a kids voice, but he sort of does a whisper voice that sort of represents what someone in the audience may be saying:

You might be talking about dane cook. He has a bit where he talks like a baby, and alot of the voices he makes could be mistaken for whispers. He actually does whisper sometimes too in a few of his routines, now that i think about it. He is pretty popular now. Stuart talks in a whispered kind of voice, and acts like a little kid. He has like, blush on his cheeks and blond-white hair. Sound about right? He's on MadTV.
