Several places actually:
EB & Gamestop true, but if you want older items you'll need to find a local shop, not a nationwide chain. Check pawn shops, and flea markets too. I bought a used copy of Final Fantasy 3, ( US version box & all) for 10$ from a flea market.

EB Games and Gamestop both have used games for sale, some are very cheap.

EB Games or Gamestop, you could buy used ones and they are pretty new.

pawn shops usually have some newer games...and they let you play them before you buy them so you can make sure theyre not messed up...or EBgames
