There is not one specific term for this. That's partly because there are several DIFFERENT reasons why someone might deliberately mispronounce a word.

One type would be a "euphemism" -- in which someone avoids uttering a sacred or vulgar word by substituting something similar-sounding. (The opposite of this is a dysphemism, in which an objectionable word is subsituted forgood or innocuous one.)

Another type is humorous:
A major subfroup of this is the mocking mispronunciation of a name. This may take the form of a pun. (Some good Hebrew examples of this -- for the title "Baalzebul" meaning "the lord, the Prince" [a title used for a Phoenician deity] Israelites would say "Baalzebub", meaning "lord of the flies"!)

Words that are purposefully mispronounced are slang words.
Like when someone says ," I'm gonna git that girl"- it's slang because gonna is going to and git is get. Hope this helped.
