I don't recommend it. It's a very "moody" phone. Keypad is small enough for a toddler. Seriously, if u do a lot of text messaging don't get this one. Also, touch pad is either overly sensitive or doesn't work at all. I wish I had gotten something else.

I hate mine. The number pad is very small. I often hit the wrong numbers and the touch pad is extremely sensitive. When I am talking on it, my cheek will hit a sensor and it will try to save whatever number I dialed in my contacts list. If I had to do it over I would not get this phone....

i just got the white one like a month ago. for me, it has more plus sides than bad, so here goes:
good:
music capability
sleek design
picture quality
good service
it sounds good
bad:
the touch keypad gets really old, really quick.
the numeric pad is small, so the buttons are sometimes hard to press.
the battery life isn't very long, after i charge mine up at night, it needs charging around 8 or 9 pm after moderate use

As an MP3 player, it's great. As a phone, I've definately had much better.
