My best friend just broke up with her boyfriend and I wasn't exactly sure why she was so heartbroken until she told me that he was her 'first' She is emotionally attached and I don't know what to say to help her. Please help me with what to say to her to make her rocover.

YOU can't say or do anything--it is a hard thing for anyone and time will help get past it----everyone has a first--and why the emotional attachment???--because girls are emotional creatures---that's why. Just do stuff normally and let her be---if you overdo the reaction you become a crutch for future problems--just be there and be friendly like any other day. She'll survive.

Dont lose hope.Theres always a solution any given problem.Let just ask gods help he surely east our burden not to despair or lose hope fight for what she think is right and put her trust in god.

One of the curses of that first time deal. She has to do this on her own. It isn't something you can help her do, stop her etc. All you can do is be there to listen

tell her that it's his lost that he broke up with a wonderful girl and that she can find a better person later on that she can stay with forever. that's obviously not her person anyways. she can find a MUCH better person that actually cares about her.

Tell her that you are there for her and that you will support her through this difficult time. Nothing but time will help to heal these wounds.
