I also have really fair skin and green eyes. I am a little bold in my eyeshadows (because I am a makeup artist), but what looks GREAT with green eyes are purples and believe it or not, greens. Black eyeliner will make them pop out more, not just a little, black eyeliner on the tops and bottoms. Go with a light sparkly white/cream color all the way to your brow, and then a light sagey green to your brow bone, and then BRIGHT green (like Secret Garden or even Blue Moon (a greenish-blue), by Origins) in your crease. Follow up with some black eyeliner and mascara and you'll think, "Wow, this looks awesome!" =)
If you have an Origins and/or Mac counters anywhere you live, walk in and they will experiment on you for free.. Give you an idea of what to do.. if you're wanting to stay with lighter colors, go with a light purple with a little black or purple eyeliner. G'luck with that! =)

First remember. Makeup is used to accentuate your natural beauty. Pick some pretty natural colors to experiment with first. Since you have fair skin, blonde hair and green eyes, I suggest looking for a light eyeshadow base, light purple/pink highlighter and maybe some brown eyeliner. One of my favorite tricks is to buy an angled brush and use eyeshadow as my eyeliner. It doesn't look near as harsh as a pencil liner and it's way easier! Once you become more experienced you can branch out and try some more bold colors for evenings out :)

If you have really fair skin, you don't want to do dark make-up. Try some purple eyeshadow and that will make your green eyes look amazing. Use and eyeshadow palette with three colors and start with the darker shade on your eyelid and fad it out to the lighter shades all the way to your eyebrow.

Agreed. Go to a local department store and go to Origins. They will do your whole face for free!! And they have really good makeup.
If you want to spend a little more, MAC does makeovers usually with either a $45 or 3 item minimum purchase. The same for Bobbi Brown. Just depends if you want a natural or dramatic look!

I think you should go to Mac in Macy's. They are great! I'm in college now , and I've been doing my make up since high school, I'm really good with make up because I use to buy a lot of eyeshadow from Mac, and I played with colors and now I do a lot of wedding, prom, clubbing make ups or any various occasions make up. Don't be sacred to play with colors. Good luck!

I am also very fair, with red hair and really light eyelashes and eyebrows. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Mac cosmetics. Google Mac's Cosmetics and look at there products. They will really help you and it will look great and last all day!!!! Try liquid eyeliner for a dramatic look, and a darker rose color blush maybe with nude color all over the lid and dark chocolate in the crease! Good Luck!!

Go to a professional and have them show you some colors that will work with your skin, hair and eyes. They have them in the malls in the big stores. You and a friend can go and make a day out it. Have fun.
