Kuja? Oh, you mean "Thong Boy" LOL, that's the nickname my friend lovingly gave him. She also calls him an uber-fem Sephiroth, but I digress. But you are correct. If you ever saw Battle of the Planets aka G-Force aka Gatchaman, the main villain could have gone either way. And one of the baddies in Sailor Moon was changed from a male character into a female one
OI, how could I have forgotten to add my precious Nuriko and Hotohori from Fushigi Yuugi?!?!?!?! But at least they had excuses for looking feminine *Nuriko because he was disguised as his dead little sister and Hotohori because he was able to get Miaka to open up to him because she first thought he was a woman. Plus, Hoto and Nuri tricked the Mt Reikaku bandits into believing they were prostitutes at first..classic!!!* >_<

Because god made it that way All Anime characters are girlish you have no idea how many hours you can spend trying to figure out whether a characters male or female
