Here is a complete walkthrough of the game.
1. Look at the dresser on the left. There is a small gap between the bottom of the dresser and the floor - click on it. There is a red screwdriver there. Pick it up.
2. Go back to the full room view. Click on the bottom left corner of the dresser that you can see - the one against the wall. It should zoom in on it, and there you can click on a key. It is should be gray/silver.
3. Click on the calendar on the left wall above the dresser. Click on the bottom right corner of the calendar repeatedly until you have flipped past month 12. There should be a panel on the wall with 4 screws.
4. Click on the screwdriver in your inventory (bottom black bar of your window), then click on each screw. The first click turns them, the second click removes them. Do it for all four screws, the click on the panel.
5. There should be another panel with a key hole in it. Click on the key in your inventory, click on the key hole, then click on the panel. It should open up to reveal a lighter on the left inside the little chamber. Click on it.
6. Go back to the full room view, and then click on the computer to zoom in on that area.
7. Click on the padlock hanging from the top drawer on the right of the desk. Click the numbers until it reads "1225." The lock should open on its own.
8. Click on the padlock, which zooms you out and open the drawer. Take the scissors from inside.
9. Click on the computer screen. It wants you to type in a password. The password is "C36926510QT4420." You can copy and paste it into the field.
10. You should see three options for you to click on ("Bomb Setting," "Safe Mode Setting," and "Note"). Click on "Safe Mode Setting."
11. Click on "Safe Mode 2." When asked "Executed?" click "Yes."
12. Click the down arrow in the lower left corner to zoom out, then click on the computer table to zoom in to that area again. On the right there are 5 wires. Click on the scissors in the inventory then click on the top, yellow wire. It should be cut.
13. Zoom out to the full room view again. In your inventory, click on the lighter, then click on "About Item" on the left.
14. A large picture of the lighter should appear. Click on the top part so that it opens up, then click on wheel on the right to light it up. Click on the down arrow to zoom out of this view.
15. Look up on the ceiling and you will notice two things: a rectangular panel in the middle, and circular, smaller panel in front and to the right of the rectangle. Click on the circle and an alarm should sound. (If it doesn't, make sure that the lighter is lit and that it is selected in your inventory.)
16. Congratulations! Wait three minutes or so (it's kind of boring) for the fire department to come rescue you. It's perfectly normal for the alarm to stop part way into the waiting period.
