I have absolutely no problem with the idea of a female President. As long as she's qualified to do the job. I haven't decided for sure how I feel about Hilary Clinton being President, but I honestly don't think she would be any worse than any President we've had in the last 30 years. I don't know enough about her record as Senator to have an idea of whether she could be as good of a President as her husband was.

No problem with a President being female. The question is one of qualifications and ability. Right now, I see no reason why Hilary is any less qualified than Mitt Romney or Barack Obama. The only beef with the women that might be in the hunt in 2008 would be that perhaps they don't have as lengthy a career in politics as some of the men. But heck, Ron Reagan ran for President in 1976 (when he did not get the nomination, but he was in the hunt), and he had only been in public life for about 15 years and he had only been governor of CA for a few years. So, he didn't have much more.......

Not for this next election I don't. Maybe down the road about 12 years...if the situation of our country improves and they can basically start with a clean slate.
It's funny how people think that a female president would help things along...but don't you guys get the PMS cycle yet? Or what happens when a woman cooks...and is in the kitchen with a large knife in one hand, a spoon in the other, and a boiling hot pot of soup on the stove when they're in a bad mood? Hummm? Thought not.

It would have to depend on who the woman is an what she stands for. If she stands for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and the will of all the people, then I would be all for her, but I could not ever stand behind anyone.....male or female, black or white.....who follows the agendas of the Globalists, and the New World Order.!!!!!!!

I agree with aj1964. A female president wouldnt be a problem at all. It's just that Hillary is merely on an ego trip and is only trying bigger things as her little way of hiding her shame because of clinton. Its here way of running around pouting and saying "it didn't hurt... it didn't hurt". She is just trying to show off by pretending she is intelligent when really all she is doing is reading cue cards to get the ratings.

Being female or being president has nothing to do with whether you agree with someone or not... don't you have to know what you're agreeing to????

Why not, it has to be the right woman, strong enough and with enough presence to make the vital decisions each and every day, something that happens in many, many households in the US!
Now let's see, do we have any likely candidates?
Hmmmmm, do i hear Hillary?
Now, I am from England, and Margaret Thatcher didn't do so bad and even sent the country to war at one point and she lasted many years in office. So, can a woman do this? absolutely.
For me, I would be very interested to see it happen, but that's for the rest of the country to decide whether they want it to happen
