There is nothing that *doesn't* taste good dipped in chocolate for Valentine's Day (or any other day, for that matter).
Empty out the fridge and see what works (think "9 1/2 Weeks").
As far as non-food, suckable things... it all depends upon how ticklish you are ;-)

My boyfriend and I go to The Melting Pot (a fondue restaurant) and the dessert tray you get with the chocolate fondue is bananas, strawberries (obviously), biscotti, cappucino cheescake, pineapple (sounds odd but its absolutely delicious), brownies, and these oreo and graham cracker covered marshmellows. I'm a fondue fanatic so hopefully that helped!! The pineapple is my favorite

Well if you and your wife/girlfriend are in a monogamous relationship, you could add chocolate into the bedroom. But try strawberries (aphrodisiac), or Oreo cookies.
