A president can only *nominate* a candidate to fill a vacancy on the Supreme Court. The candidate has to be ratified by a two-thirds majority of the Senate to take the seat.

President Clinton will not do anything like that! You'll see! (Besides, at least one of them is more eminently qualified than Bush's office wife, Harriett Myers!)

Theres been communicate that Obama and Clinton could be President and vp, yet there have been no confirmations. Hillary is staying in this race in simple terms via swing voters. McCain voters are vote casting for Hillary in simple terms via certainty she is weaker than Obama so McCain will beat Clinton certainly. So, if Clinton wins the Democratic nomination, there will be no concerns, in simple terms via certainty McCain would desire to %. Huckabee or Romney in simple terms via certainty the vp. (notice: certainly, an excellent type of the justices are somewhat previous... and human beings that vote for Bush will bypass away if a democrat is accessible indoors the the Presidency, and that they are previous, so that they are going to retire.) VOTE FOR MCCAIN!!

They'd have to be confirmed by the Senate. It could happen though because Hillary might like Hoover gather all kind of compromising facts on the members of the House and Senate and blackmail them into submitting to her.

I'm not a chauvinist, but there is no way we're going to have a woman president any time in the near future. If we were too, we would look weak to the rest of the world. Once again, I'm not a chauvinist, this is simply the reality. As for whether she would do that s*** for her fams, I dunno and don't care. Peace.
